My friend recently died. I had never met his parents but wanted to do something for the family that would show I cared. I decided to make a flower arrangement with flowers that reminded me of their son. I picked sunflowers, white roses, and iris's. I gave them the arrangement and the gratitude they expressed was unmeasurable. A couple day's later at the funeral, all the flowers used were sunflowers. I know every time they see one they will see their son's smiling face looking at them.

Grieving is a very sincere way to do an "AOK."
